Back in late January, I spent a couple of days in Rome, away from cold and snowy Northern France. It was my first time visiting the Italian capital and while American writer Nathaniel Hawthorne eloquently wrote, “How is it possible to say an unkind or irreverential word of Rome? The city of all time, and of all the world! I will more humbly tell you this: as I left this city, I had only one obsession – settling there and enjoying the “dolce vita” ad vitam eternam!
